Fearometer is totally inspired on Sad But True, from Metallica. I always enjoyed the concept that everyone have individual, living and thinking parts inside the body. The brain is the master. If you think deeply, what commands the body is just a little part located inside the skull, it’s like being the control center of a company, where the rest doesn’t work without it.  Fearometer is the fear of change, every insecurity, everything that can lead a person into doing the evil for others or for himself.

Now imagine yourself dependent from a living organism, and he starts to modify himself in a way that makes you dislike that. Love is about that feeling. The little girl on the cover is the one saying that she doesn’t “love anymore”. Is she the mother nature talking about humans? Doesn’t she like us anymore?

“Be the change you want to see in the world” is a famous sentence from Dalai Lama. I clearly understand it this way: “don’t complain, just do it”. And that’s the way I live my life today. I used to complain, without doing anything to change it. I know several peoplethat do that, complain about everyone else, but don’t look inside themselves to see that, maybe, the mistake isn’t about the world around them. It’s very easy to complain. You just need to have a mouth and a negative thought,, to begin talking badly about something. If you want a better world, start with yourself. That’s the only change needed.

So What deals with the unpolished thought and revolt. Many people don’t have anything to talk about, but the do anyway. We see actors, musicians, politicians speaking crap everyday, trying to explain what can’t be explained. Individuals that control religions today have a way distorted way of thinking about reality. A Bishop must be against abortion for a pregnant 9 year old, since the fetus’ like matters more than her own. This is something intolerable.I understand this act like “it’s better that everyone dies, than performing an abortion”. In our existence, we find lots of things that make us think “if antything goes wrong” and then, we end up taking the easiest path. The safest path, in this case, was the path of abortion, because it could save the life of a child.. If the pregnancy kept going, the “if the two dies” would keep existing until the worst could happen.

Hope is the thinking about all the changes cause by the men living on Earth. “Things weren’t White before I touch” is like being in a forrest today, coming back after 10 years and see that the forrest doesn’t exist anymore, since the man touched that land. He changed everything, he did the worst he could do.
